Been a while.
From my current WIP, Perihelion.
My usual disclaimer: I record and post “organic music”. It is not edited. No auto-tune or computerized corrections of any kind. No Digital Audio Workstation. Tracks are recorded real-time on a Tascam 24 track Porta-Studio. No punch-ins or punch outs. Tracks are recorded beginning to end, using as many takes as necessary. The same way Elvis did it in 1956. I’m into retro, I guess. It’s just a hobby.

At long last! I was at my moms’ the last six months as she had pancreatic cancer. She passed a few weeks ago. Thankfully, Mama passed peacefully and without a lot of suffering. I have been back on Bonnet treet, a few weeks. My computer stopped a few weeks ago. I wondered how you were and hoping all was well. I loved your “bewitching” song. I hope you haven’t forgotten me. I sure haven’t forgotten you, my artist friend, Michele, or sparrow

I can say with certainty I will not forget you. There are but a handful of people in my life that meet me (or have met me) on the same level. I’m grateful my long neglect of our correspondence has not eroded our friendship.
But then, that’s what true friends are, and I’m guessing you doubted this no more than I did.
